I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over four years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors while developing practical tools to manage challenges and improve overall well-being.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and stress-related concerns (including social anxiety and panic), depression, self-esteem and identity challenges, relationship difficulties and boundary setting, academic or career stress, and patterns such as overthinking and negative thought cycles.

My goal is to empower clients with the insight and skills needed to navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

Throughout the therapy process, I focus on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and supporting personal growth. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and healing. I am committed to helping clients develop practical strategies and a deeper understanding of themselves so they can move forward with confidence and resilience.
